Ingredients For Qeema Bharay Karelay:
Bitter gourd 1 kg
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 2
Chopped tomatoes 4
Green chilies 4-5
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First remove its upper layer, sprinkle salt, then leave it for half an hour.
Now wash the bitter gourd, dry it and give cut from center, take out all its seeds, and keep it on a side.
Then pour oil in a pan, add fried onions.
Now add ginger garlic paste, add mince roast it well.
Then add chopped red chili, chopped garam masala, chopped turmeric, salt cook it well so that the mixture dries, now remove it from stove.
Now fill the fried mince in bitter gourd, now fold it with thread.
Then add ginger garlic paste, then fry it.
Then add tomato, remaining red chilies, chopped turmeric, chopped garam masala, tamarind paste, salt mix it and roast it well.
When the gravy becomes thick then add the green chilies, cover it and cook it on low temperature.
When the bitter gourd is cooked then take it out in a dish and garnish it with green coriander then serve.
Ingredients For Bake Keema Nan:
To Make Naan:
Flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Filling:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Yogurt 250 gm
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
green chilies 3-4
Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour water, add yeast, sugar, mix it well and leave it.
When the yeast rises then put it in mixing bowl.
Now add flour, salt, milk, knead the dough soft.
Then fold the plastic, place it in hot place, leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
Then take it out and fold it to make portions.
Now roll the roties round and keep it on a side.
For making Fillings:
Pour oil add onions for frying it.
Now add mince, ginger garlic paste, roast it well.
Then add garam masala, chopped cumin, chopped red chili, salt, mix it and roast it well.
When the chicken is cooked well then pour oil add chopped green coriander, green chilies.
Now remove it from stove and chill it.
Then put the mince on its top then fold its sides to close it.
Now place it in preheated 200 Degree C, for 10 to 15 minutes for baking.
When its color changes then brush it with butter, bake it for 1 to 2 minutes, take it out then serve it hot, Baked qeema is ready.
Ingredients For Banana Eggnog:
Bananas 6
Eggs 2
Milk 250 gm
Sugar syrup 2 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
Mash the eggs, bananas nicely.
Now pour milk, sugar syrup, ice in a grinder then serve.
