Ingredients For Chicken Masala:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Tomatoes chopped 3
Chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Mix whole spices as required
Yogurt 250 gm
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Fennel seeds crushed 1/2 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Oil 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions make it golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken fry it lightly, so that the color changes and turns to golden.
Now add garam masala, chopped red chilies, chopped red chili, turmeric, chopped cumin, chopped coriander, chopped fennel, tomato, salt and roast it well.
Then add yogurt mix it well. Now pour water, cover and let it cook.
Remove its cover after 8 to 10 minutes, add dry fenugreek leaves, green coriander mix it and take it out in a dish sprinkle chopped black pepper then serve.
Ingredients For Prawn Biryani:
Rice 300 gm
Jumbo prawns 1/2 kg
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mix whole spices as required
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Onion chopped 2
Tomatoes chopped 3
Green chilies chopped 2-3
Yogurt 250 gm
Yellow color a pinch
Saffron a pinch
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Ingredients For Macute:
Rice Flour 125 gm
Yellow lentils 125 gm
Ghee 125 gm
Milk 250 ml
Khoya 250 ml
Sugar 125 gm
Kewra 1 tbsp
Almonds 50 gm
Pistachios 50 gm
