Ingredients For Murgh Cholay:

  • Chicken pieces  1/2 kg
  • Chickpeas  1 cup
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Chopped onions  2
  • Tomatoes  3
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger  1 tbsp
  • Carbonate  1/2 tsp
  • Yellow lentils  2 tbsp
  • Salt  as required

Ingredients For Basin Ke Ladoo:

  • Basin  2 cups
  • Flour  1 cup
  • Melon seeds  1 cup
  • Chopped almonds  15
  • Chopped pistachio  15
  • Small cardamom  6
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Sugar  1-1/2 cup
  • Ghee  1 cup
  • Fresh cream  2 packets

Ingredients For Aloo Pakora Chaat:

For Pakora:

  • Potatoes  4
  • Gram flour  1 cup
  • Yogurt  1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Soda Bi carbonate  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Oil as required  as required
  • Green chilies  4
  • Yogurt  1/2 kg
  • Fresh milk  1 small packet
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Sugar  1/2 cup

For Tamarind paste:

  • Tamarind  250 gm
  • Grinded sonth  2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Jaggery  2 tbsp
  • Black salt  a pinch
