Ingredients for Orange Strawberry Trifle:

• Sponge cake 1
• Fresh orange 5
• Strawberry jam as required
• Banana 4
• Digestive biscuit 1 packet
• Gelatin 1-1/2 tbsp
• Orange juice as required
•  Strawberries 1 packet
• Cream 3 packet
• Milk 1-1/2 liter
• Custard powder 6 tbsp
• Sugar to taste
• Vanilla essence few drops
  

Ingredients for Caramel Kulfa Ice Cream:

• Almond 4 tbsp
• Pistachio 2 tbsp
• Sugar to taste
• Milk 1-1/2 liter
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Cardamom powder 1/8 tsp
• Cream 1 packet
• Ice cream 6

For Caramel Sauce:

• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Cream 1/4 cup
• Vanilla essence as required
• Butter 7 tbsp
• Powder milk 7 tbsp
