Chana Chanp, Annas Aur Khopra Meetha And Earth Shake by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Chana Chanp:

  • Mutton chops  1 kg
  • Boiled chickpeas  250 gm
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Green chilies  8 to 10
  • Tomato chopped  2 to 3
  • Onion chopped  2 to 3
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed  2 tbsp
  • Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  • Soda  1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped  3 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped  2 tbsp
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Oil  3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the kabuli chickpeas with water, then keep them in water for a night, then soft boil them in morning.
  2. Pour yogurt, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped red chilies, white cumin, salt in mutton chops and leave them for an hour.
  3. Now put the chopped onions for frying it lightly.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes, chops mixture roast it well, until the chops leaves oil.
  5. Now add the ready kabuli chickpeas, add water cook them on low temperature.
  6. When the mixture dries then add whole green chilies, cardamom, and mix it well.
  7. When the masala dries, then add chops, dish out them and add chopped green coriander for garnishing then serve.

Ingredients For Annas And Khopra Meetha:

  • Pineapple  1
  • Grated coconut  1 cup
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Sugar  1/2 kg
  • Semolina  250 gm
  • Kewra essence  few drops
  • Yellow color  1 pinch
  • Green color  1 pinch

Ingredients For Earth Shake:

  • Pineapple juice  2 tbsp
  • Pineapple  1/2 cup
  • Carrot  2
  • Ice  as required

Method:

  1. Chop the carrots.
  2. Pour the pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, carrots, ice in a blender then serve.
