Ingredients For Labanoni Spicy Beef:

  • Undercut meat  1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped black pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  3 tbsp
  • Lemon zest  1 tsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onions  2
  • Crushed tomatoes  2 cup
  • Coriander  1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Now make small pieces of chicken undercut.
  2. Now pour oil add onions to saute it.
  3. Then add garlic paste, salt, meat, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, roast it for a while.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes, cover it for a while then cover it, tender the potato.
  5. When the water tenders then add lemon juice, green coriander, lemon skin then turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Green Chili Chicken Stew:

  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg
  • Coriander  1 bunch
  • Onion  2
  • Chopped garlic  2 tsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Honey  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper  1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes  2
  • Green chilies  4
  • Green chili in vinegar  4
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Boiled rice  2 cup

Method:

  1. Put chicken boneless pieces, then add vinegar, chopped black pepper leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. Now pour oil add chopped onions, when the onion becomes soft then add chopped garlic, chopped cumin, salt, green chilies, tomatoes, roast it on high temperature.
  3. Then add chopped chicken to cover. When the chicken tenders then add green chilies along honey turn off the stove.
  4. In the end add boiled rice then serve.

Ingredients For Chutney Sabzi Pulao:

For Chutney:

  • Tamarind juice  1 cup
  • Boiled tomatoes  4
  • Green chili  6
  • Garlic  6 clove
  • Tomato ketchup  1 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Mint Leaves  1/2 bunch

For Pulao:

  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Green peas  1 cup
  • Carrot  1 cup
  • Green onion 250 grams
  • Potato  20
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For making chutney: Add tamarind juice, boiled tomatoes, green chilies, garlic cloves, tomato ketchup, cumin, chopped mint then grind it.
  2. For making pulao add carrots. green onion, potato chop.
  3. Now pour oil add chopped vegetables, and peas for frying.
  4. After that add chopped black pepper, salt,take out the vegetables.
  5. Then add rice and vegetables.
  6. Now add chutney
  7. Simmer it then for 10 minutes and turn off the stove.
