Sindhi Aloo Tikki, Sindhi Bay Gosht And Sindhi Baingan by Rida Aftab

Ingredients For Sindhi Bay Gosht:

  • Meat  750 grams
  • Bay  1/2 kg
  • Green chilies  10
  • Yogurt  250 grams
  • Ghee  250 grams
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Add meat, water, chopped red chili, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt cover and let it cook in clay pot.
  2. When it starts to smell then add yogurt, ghee, bay and leave it for half an hour cover and let it cook.
  3. When it is tendered then add green chilies, turn off the stove.
  4. In the end serve it hot.


Ingredients For Sindhi Aalo Tikki:

  • Boiled potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Bread slices  4
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped coriander leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped red chili  1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes, chopped green coriander, chopped mint, chopped green chili, chopped cumin, chopped red chili, salt, chopped garlic mix it well.
  2. Now put the bread in water, then press it to take out water.
  3. Then mix the potatoes to make kababs fry it in hot oil.
  4. Sindhi Aalo Tikki is ready.


Ingredients For Sindhi Baigan:

  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander  1 tsp
  • Sour dried mango powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  2 tsp
  • Cooked cumin seeds  2 tsp

Method:

  1. First wash the brinjal and cut it.
  2. Now add chopped red chili, chopped cumin, salt, turmeric, chopped coriander, dried mango powder.
  3. Then pour oil and add garlic.
  4. When it starts to smell then add brinjal on medium temperature to make it  golden brown.
  5. After that add beated yogurt and put it into dish.
