Ingredients For Sindhi Biryani:

  • Chicken  1-1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Plum  1 packet
  • Lemon  4
  • Potato  4
  • Green chilies  6
  • Tomato  4
  • Mint  1 bunch
  • Onion Chopped  3
  • Salt  to taste
  • Whole spice  1 to 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder  2 tbsp
  • Fresh milk  1/2 cup
  • Food color  pinch
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Rice  2 1/2 cup

Ingredients For Sindhi Handi Kabab:

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Bread slices  2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Egg  1
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed  1 tsp
  • Tomato  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Lemon  2
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Sal  to taste
  • Ginger chopped  1 tbsp
  • Oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. First take a mince, bread slices put them in a chopper for grinding.
  2. Now add egg, chopped black pepper, chopped red chili make small kababs.
  3. Then pour oil in a frying pan shallow fry it in a pan.
  4. After that put tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chilies, chopped and crushed cumin, chopped green chilies, pour oil let it cook.
  5. When the water starts to dry then add fried kababs.
  6. Then sprinkle lemon juice, chopped green chilies, chopped ginger then simmer it well.
  7. Delicious handi kabab is ready.

Ingredients For Sindhi Aloo Tikki:

  • Boiled potato  1/2 kg
  • Lemon  2
  • Green chilies  4
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed  1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Rice flour  3 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the potatoes then boil it.
  2. Then mash the potato with the help of fork.
  3. Now add chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, rice flour, chopped and crushed cumin, green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice mix it well.
  4. Then heat the pan and oil it.
  5. After that take some oil on hands, make kababs and fry it on pan.
  6. When it becomes golden from both sides then remove it from stove then serve it with tamarind chutney.
