Ingredients for Arabic Kabsa Rice:

• Chicken 8 pieces or 1 kg
• Onion 2
• Tomato puree 1 cup

• Crushed garlic 1 tsp

• Small cardamom 4
• Cinnamon 3 sticks
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Sela rice 750 gm
• Raisins 1/4 cup
• Almond 1/4 cup
  

Ingredients for Al Baik Chicken:

• Chicken with skin 8 pieces or 1 kg
• Ginger powder 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Salt 2 tsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Paprika powder 3 tbsp
• Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
• All spice powder 1/4 tsp
• Self raising flour 1-1/2 cup
• Corn flour 1/2 cup
• Eggs 2
• Big syringe 1
  

Ingredients for Umm Ali:

• Bakar khani 250 gm
• Milk 1 kg
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Almond 1/4 cup
• Walnut 1/2 cup
• Pine nut 1/4 cup
• Raisins 1/2 cup
• Cashew nut 1/2 cup
• Fresh coconut 1
• Cream 2 packet
  

Ingredients for Dates & Nuts Shake:

• Milk 1/2 kg
• Dates 8
• Honey 2 tbsp
• Almond 10-15
• Pistachio 10-15
• Ice 1 cup
