Ingredients For Achari Mutton:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Lemons  4
  • Green chilies  6
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Whole red chilies  10
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Chopped onion  3
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger  1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Salt

To Fill The Chilies:

  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1/2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Malai Tikka Karahi:

  • Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Tikka masala  3 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chopped ginger  1 tbsp
  • Lemons  2
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Cream  1 packet

Ingredients For Punjabi Daal Makhni:

  • Black split lentil 1 cup
  • Onion  1
  • Dry tamarind  4
  • Garlic cloves  5
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream  1/2 packet
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
