Ingredients For Peshawari Aloo Charga:
Chicken 1
Potato 1/2 kg
Tomato 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1/4 kg
Black pepper 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilies 10
Oil 1 cup
Ingredients For Peshwari Rabri Piyala:
Milk 1/2 liter
Cream 1 packet
Yellow food color 1 pinch
Milk 1 cup
Rabri 1 cup
Falooda sawaiyan 1 cup
Red sharbat 1/2 cup
Green sharbat 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Almonds 25 grams
Peanuts 25 grams
Screwpine (kewra) 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Crushed cardamom 1/4 tsp
Crushed ice as required
Method:
Pour milk in a pan let it cook.
When it is boiled then add sugar, along corn flour with water, mix it in milk.
When it becomes thick then add pinch of yellow color, kewra, chopped cardamom, cream, almonds, pistachio.
Then make it cool and fill it into mould, keep it in a fridge for 4 hours.
Now put falooda sawaiyan, ice, rabri and put the ready kulfi.
In the end add red sharbat, green sharbat then serve it.
Ingredients For Peshawari Lobia:
Boiled Red Kidney Beans 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Green chili 6
Oil 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Tomatoes 250 grams
All spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 2 tsp
Method:
Pour oil add onion to make it brown and then tale it out.
Now add blended tomatoes, pour oil, tomatoes, red chili, salt, turmeric, chopped coriander, chopped ginger garlic paste then roast it.
Then add red lobia then beat it.
After that add cumin, whole coriander, fennel, cumin seeds.
Now add green chilies, green coriander, chopped garam masala, roasted masala then turn off the stove.
