Ingredients for Kashmiri Handi:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Asafetida 1 pinch
  • Potato 500 gm
  • Capsicum 250 gm
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Daal Bharay Parathay:

  • Bengal gram 1 cup
  • Knorr beef zaiqa 1 packet
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mix spice 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 cup
  • Ghee for frying
