Ingredients for Qabooli Pulao:

  • Rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Oil 1 cup

For Stock:

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic 1
  • Water 3 cups

Ingredients for Peshawari Nakeem Handi:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Green chillies 3
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Oil 1 cup

Ingredients for Peshawari Paneer:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
