Ingredients For Balochi Tikka Boti:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Onion  1
  • Potato  1
  • Tomato  2
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • All spice  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken pieces then add salt, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, papaya paste, oil chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice place it in a fridge for half an hour.
  2. Now add potatoes, tomatoes, onion pieces in marinated chicken mix them nicely.
  3. After that put one boti on shashlik stick, then potato, then boti then tomato and onion put it on fry pan or steam it on grill pan.
  4. Delicious Balochi Tikka is ready.

Ingredients For Balochi Chawal:

  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Boiled black lentils  250 grams
  • Raisin  1 cup
  • Date  1 cup
  • Butter  50 grams
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Green chili  4
  • Tomato  250 grams
  • Onion  1
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put butter, pour oil add onion fry it lightly.
  2. Now add tomatoes, green chilies, black pepper, salt cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add boiled lentils, boiled rice, raisin, dates mix it well.
  4. In the end simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Delicious balochi chawal is ready.

Ingredients For Balochi Kali Mirch Chops:

  • Mutton chops  1/2 kg
  • Papaya  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the ginger garlic paste, chopped papaya, salt, cumin on mutton chops and leave it for half an hour.
  2. Then heat the ghee cover it for 20 minutes.
  3. Now roast it on high temperature, turn off the stove and add black pepper.
