Ingredients:

  • Chaki ka ata 2-1/2 cup
  • White flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Lukewarm water as required

For Filling:

  • Potato 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 3
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee for frying

Ingredients for Tamatar Ki Chutney:

  • Tomato 6-8
  • Onion 1 big
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Oil 1/4 cup
