  • I think there is too much ghee in your dough. Try adding more flour to it. Hope this helps.

  • I am trying this, and the problem that I have is that while frying the contents of balls (maida, sugar etc.) are melting in the ghee. so balls reduce in size slowly and melt away. Please help, I have stored the dough in fridge now. Thanks
