Ingredients for Chatpati Chanps Fry Karahi:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Oil for frying
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Green chilli for garnish
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Knorr beef zaiqa 1 packet
  • Tandoori naan for serving

Ingredients for Aloo Bukhara Chutney:

  • Aloo bukhara 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Red color 1/2 tsp
  • Dru ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Melon seeds 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
