Ingredients for Basic Ice Cream Mixture:

• Milk 1/2 kg
• Eggs 3
• White flour 2 tbsp
• Cream 400 gm
• Caster sugar 150 gm
• Vanilla essence as required
  

Ingredients for Tutti Fruity Ice Cream:

• Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
• Currants 1 tbsp
• Raisins 2 tbsp
• Walnut 1 tbsp
• Orange peel 1 tbsp
• Glazed cherry 1 tbsp
• Almond 1 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Nagothane Ice Cream:

• Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
• Sugar 6 tbsp
  
• Almond 12
  

Ingredients for Cassata Ice Cream:

• Vanilla ice cream 1/4 liter
• Strawberry ice cream 1/4 liter
• Pista ice cream 1/4 liter
  
• Cream 4 tbsp
• Currants 2 tbsp
• Chopped almond 2 tbsp
• Chopped pistachio 2 tbsp
  
• Chopped walnut 1 tbsp
