Ingredients For Gravy Waly Muthi Kabab:

    For Kabab:

  •     Beef mince  1/2 kg
  •     Chili powder  1 tsp
  •     Coriander powder  1/2 tsp
  •     Cumin seeds  1/2 tsp
  •     Onion chopped  1
  •     Salt to taste

For Gravy:

  •     Onion 2
  •     Tomatoes  3
  •     Oil  1 cup
  •     Green chilies  3-4
  •     Chili powder  1 tsp
  •     Crushed red pepper  1/2 tsp
  •     Coriander powder  1 tsp
  •     Turmeric  1 tsp
  •     Coriander leaves  1/2 bunch
  •     Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  •     Salt  to taste
  •     Cumin seeds  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For making kababs: Take a mince, chopped red chilies, chopped coriander, cumin, chopped onion, salt in a blender.
  2. Now make the portions with hand and shallow fry them in oil.
  3. After that add ginger garlic paste, roast it for a while.
  4. Now add chopped red chilies, crushed red chili, chopped coriander, turmeric, cumin, salt, roast it well.
  5. Then add tomatoes, green chilies.
  6. For making the gravy thick: Then add fried kababs mix them well.
  7. In the end take it out in a dish and sprinkle green coriander.

Ingredients For Sabz Chai:

  •     Water  4 cup
  •     Green cardamom  3-4
  •     Green tea leaves  2 tsp
  •     Sugar  3-4 tbsp
  •     Lemon juice  to taste
