Ingredients For Kong Feriyn:

  • Milk  1 kg
  • Semolina  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Almond pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Condense milk  1/2 cup
  • Asharfiyan  1/2 cup
  • Saffron  1 pinch
  • Kewra essence  few drops

Method:

  1. Pour milk in a pan, add saffron mix and let it cook.
  2. Now add sugar, semolina mix it well and cook it so that it becomes thick.
  3. Then add condensed milk, few drops of kewra essence mix it well.
  4. Now add pistachio mix it well and dish out it.
  5. In the end garnish it with asharfiyan serve and cool it.

Ingredients For Tabak Maaz:

  • Chops  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Aniseed powder  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • Cinnamon  2 to 3
  • Clove  2-3
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Clarified butter  as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put chops, ginger garlic paste, chopped fennel, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, chopped white pepper, milk, salt in a mixing bowl mix them all well.
  2. Now add water and boil it.
  3. When the chops are tendered then fry it, then take it out and garnish it with salad leaves then serve.
