Ingredients for Green Velvet Cupcakes:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Unsalted butter 2-1/2 oz
  • Granulated sugar 150 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Green color 1 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

For Cream Cheese:

  • Cream cheese 6 oz
  • Pure vanilla 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green color few drops

Ingredients for Tandoori Jalfrezi Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 750 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • BP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Diced capsicum 1
  • Diced tomato 1
  • Green chillies 4
  • Ginger slice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
