Ingredients For Butter Mutton:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Butter 100 gm
Onion chopped 2
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt 250 gm
Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Kewra 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First chopped the onions.
Now pour butter in a pan, when they become hot then add chopped red chili, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, fry it for a while so that it appears to like green chili color.
Then add ginger garlic paste, mutton, roast it till its color changes.
Now add chopped onions roast it more for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add chopped coriander, turmeric, nutmeg mace powder, yogurt, salt and water let it cook and cover it.
Remove its cover for 25 to 30 minutes then add kewra roast it on high flame.
In the end mix it and then serve.
Ingredients For Shimla Mirch Roll:
Chicken mince 300 gm
Capsicum 2
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Flour 1 cup
Egg 2
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
First add chicken mince, capsicum, tomato, onion, salt, chili garlic sauce, mayonnaise, chop it nicely. take it out carefully.
Now make small rolls, coat them with dry flour.
When the rolls are coated well then dip it into beaten egg.
Now coat it with dry flour, dip it one time more in egg for frying.
When they become golden then take it out and then serve.
Ingredients For Kabab Rice:
Rice 300 gm
Chicken Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 2
Peas boiled 1 cup
Capsicum 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Carrot 2
Spring onion 1
Egg 1
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
First add chicken mince, onion , carrot, green onion, egg, chopped black pepper, salt chop it nicely.
When the mince is ready then take it out make its small kababs, fry them and keep them on a side.
Now pour oil in a pan, add garlic, carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped onion cook it for 1 to 2 minutes to make it soft.
Then pour water and add salt, when the water starts to cook them add rice.
When the rice starts to comes up then put fried kababs on them and simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes.
