Ingredients for Tamatar Ka Pulao:

  • Sela rice 600 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter 3/4 cup
  • Asafetida 1 seed
  • Mustard 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Whole red chilli 6-8
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2-3 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 3/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato cubes 2 cup
  • Green chillies 5-6

Ingredients for Gajar Ka Zarda:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Carrot 2 cup
  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Orange peel 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Almond 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Small cardamom 6-8
  • Silver paper 1

Ingredients for Kheera Lassi:

  • Cucumber 1
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 small inch
  • Mint 5-6 leaves
  • Ice 1 cup

Ingredients for Arvi Ki Kabab:

  • Arvi 1 kg
  • Salt to taste

For Coating:

  • Gram flour 3/4 cup
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli 3-4
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Soda 2 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
