Ingredients For Chocolate Mousse In Minutes:

  • Cooking chocolate  300 gm
  • Eggs  3
  • Caster sugar  1/2 cup
  • Coco powder  1 tbsp
  • Whipped cream  300 gm
  • Grated chocolate  to decorate

Method:

  1. First cook the chocolate in a heat proof bowl, until it is melted well.
  2. Now remove it from stove and cool it.
  3. Then add beaten egg, add caster sugar beat it more.
  4. Now add grated chocolate, cocoa powder and fold it.
  5. Then add beaten cream, chocolates mixture fold it and put them in glasses, grated chocolate and garnish it with beaten cream then serve.

Ingredients For Mutton Stew:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Whole mix spices  1 tbsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Water  3 to 4 cups
  • Baby potatoes 10 -12
  • Carrot  2
  • Peas  1/2 cup
  • Baby onions  10 to 12
  • Flour  3 tbsp
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Butter  2 ounce

Method:

  1. First put the whole garam masala, salt, white pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, water and boil it, until it becomes ready and become stock.
  2. Now add baby potato, carrot cubes and cook it well, until it is cooked well.
  3. Then add flour, milk paste, butter, peas, 10-12 small onions simmer it for 15 minutes.
  4. In the end serve it with boiled rice and dinner roll.

Ingredients For White Biryani:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Brown onion  1 cup
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Oil  3/4 cup
  • Yogurt beaten  1 cup
  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Saffron  1/2 tsp
  • Milk  2 tbsp
  • Kewra water  1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Potatoes 4
  • Whole all spice  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, add potatoes, chopped potato for frying, until it becomes light golden, then take it out.
  2. Then put whole garam masala, boiled chicken, ginger garlic paste, fry it for 5 minutes until the chicken becomes light brown.
  3. Now turn off the stove and add beaten yogurt, salt, black pepper, garam masala, chopped onion, fry the potatoes, stir fry them.
  4. Then add boiled rice, ghee, spread them on rice.
  5. Now add saffron, milk, kewra and cover it for 15 minutes then let it cook on low flame.
