Ingredients For Home Made Sausage:

  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Green chilies  3 to 4
  • White pepper  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt  1/3 tsp
  • Vinegar  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add mince, chopped green chilies, chopped white pepper, chopped black pepper, garlic paste, chopped chinese salt, vinegar, salt, make its paste.
  2. Now fold it in a plastic.
  3. Give it the shape of sausages, wash it and close it.
  4. After that take it out after steam and make it cool.
  5. Sausages is ready.

Ingredients For Sausage Rice:

For Rice:

  • Boiled rice  300 gm
  • Onion slice 1
  • Garlic cloves  4 to 5
  • Tomato  2
  • Chicken sausages  2 to 3
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil  1/2 cup
  • Stock  1/2 cup
  • Bay leaves  3 to 4
  • Oil  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the rice and keep it water for 2 hours.
  2. Now boil the rice hard and keep them on a side.
  3. Then pour oil in a a pan, add garlic, onions for frying.
  4. Then add sausages and fry it.
  5. After that add tomato, curry leaves, olives, chopped garlic then roast it.
  6. When the tomatoes are tendered then add stock and cook it till they are tendered.
  7. When they are cooked well then take it out and then serve.

Ingredients For Egg And Sausage Tart:

For Tart:

  • White tart 2 cup
  • Butter  250 gm
  • Egg  1
  • Salt  to taste

For Topping:

  • Sausage3 to 4
  • Egg  3 to 4
  • Milk  250 gm
  • Mustard paste  2 tsp
  • White flour  1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese  100 gm
  • Butter  100 gm

Method:

For making tart:

  1. First put flour, butter, salt mix it well and knead it in a bowl.
  2. Now roll it and spread it in a tart pan.
  3. Then place some heavy object on a tart pan, place it in oven for baking baking it on 250 Degree C for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Tart is ready.

For making topping:

  1. Boil the eggs hard and then chop them.
  2. Fry the sausages lightly.
  3. Put the butter in a pan and melt it.
  4. Now add flour, roast it.
  5. Then pour milk and mix it well.
  6. When it becomes boil then add mustard paste.
  7. When the mixture becomes thick then remove it from stove.
  8. Now put the egg, sausages, sauce, crushed gram cheese then set them.
  9. Then place it in a oven for 10 to 15 minutes in 200 degree C for baking.
