Ingredients For 7 Cup Barfi:
Gram flour 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Coconut powder 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 3 cups
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Almonds, peanuts as required
Silver leaf as requires
Method:
First pour ghee, add flour for roasting.
Now add coconut, milk, sugar, chopped coriander, salt cook it on low temperature.
When ghee starts to leaves on sides then put it in a pan and cool it.
In the end add almonds, pistachio, silver paper for garnish then serve.
Ingredients For Baked Chicken Kerala Style:
Chicken drum sticks 6
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Lemon juice 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Curry leaf 10
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First put the chicken drumstick in long slices.
Now add salt, chopped black pepper leave it for half an hour.
Then add yogurt, red chili pepper, paprika, turmeric, chopped garam masala, fennel, cumin, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice mix it well put the chicken and leave it for half an hour.
Now pour oil add curry leaves, stir fry it lightly.
After that add chicken and bake it on 180 degree C for 40 minutes.
Ingredients For Mughlai Vegetable Rice:
Boiled rice 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Carrot 1 cup
Green peas 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Green onion 250 grams
Capsicum 2
Green chili 6
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Yogurt 250 grams
Cream 1 cup
Mixed dry fruits 1 cup
Bay leaf 2
Whole mixed all spice 1 tbsp
Plum 50 grams
Tomato 2
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Method:
First put the carrot, cauliflower, green onion, capsicum, green chilies, fry it in oil then take them out.
Now add yogurt, whole mix garam masala, red chilies, salt, plum, tomatoes, mint mix it well.
Then pour oil add onions for frying.
Then put yogurt and vegetables masala.
Put boiled rice, cream, pinch of yellow color, simmer it for 20 minutes.
In the end add dry fruits before serving.
