Beef Stroganoff, Fish Burger And Chinese Fried Chicken by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Beef Stroganoff:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Onion  1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Flour Roasted 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
  • Worcester sauce  2 tbsp
  • Parsley  1/4 bunch
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First cut the beef undercut Juliann.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, beef undercut roast it well make it golden brown.
  3. Then add chopped carrot, long capsicum, onion, wooster sauce, salt, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper, chopped parsley and keep it on a side.

Ingredients For Chinese Fried Chicken:

  • Chicken leg piece  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds  1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First put small slices, chicken leg, egg, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice for marination,
  2. After that take a flour, corn flour, sesame seed, chopped black pepper, salt, oil mix it well.
  3. Now fry them well and fry that pieces well.
  4. Keeping it in mind that it should be fry in a pan which can easily be covered.
  5. When it turns to golden color then serve it.

Ingredients For Fish Burger:

  • Fish fillet  300 gm
  • Burger bun 3
  • Green chilies  4
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato  1
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Flour  4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Iceberg  half flower
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. First put the fish fillet, green chilies, lemon juice, onion, tomato, chopped green coriander, chop it nicely.
  2. Now add flour, chopped black pepper, salt mix it well and take it out.
  3. Then make round strips and dip it into beaten egg, shallow fry it in oil , and keep it on a side.
  4. Now cut it from center, steam it lightly.
  5. Now put the fish slices on the bun,
  6. Put half iceberg.
  7. Put mayonnaise on and place another bun on its top then serve it hot.
