Ingredients For Puff Sheeri:
Puff pastry 250 gm
Custard powder 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Almond 50 gm
Pistachios 50 gm
Khoya 125 gm
Egg 1
Method:
First put the puff pastry, roll it out and spread it on tray.
Then give cuts with knife.
Now polish it with egg bake it in oven for 15 to 20 minute in 180 degree C.
When the puff pastry becomes golden color then take it out from oven.
Remove the upper layer with the help of hand. Place the lower side into a serving dish.
Now pour milk, sugar, almonds, pistachio, custard powder make it thick.
Along coconut.
When the custard becomes ready then take it out in a serving dish.
Cover the upper part of puff pastry.
When it become ready then serve it cool or hot.
Ingredients For Mutton Steam Roast:
Mutton 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 250 gm
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Muslin cloth as required
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Method:
First marinate the mutton with salt, chopped pistachio, vinegar.
Fry it in hot oil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Now take out the water, add yogurt, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, chaat masala, dry mango powder, turmeric. chopped red chilies, crushed red chilies, chopped green coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt mix it well.
When the mutton pieces becomes golden brown then coat it with yogurt mixture, place it in steamer for 20 to 25 minutes.
In the end take it out and serve it hot.
