Ingredients For Bun kabab:

  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Chopped tikka pieces  1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Chopped green chilies  2-3
  • Chopped coriander  1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped mint 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Buns  4
  • Tomato slices 2
  • Cucumber 1

Method:

  1. First put the potatoes, tikka pieces, mint, lemon juice, green coriander, mix it and make it to the size of bun.
  2. Now put flour, bread crumbs mix the, and roll the tikka  and fry it.
  3. Then put the tikka, tomatoes, cucumber in bun and serve it with tasty chutney.

Ingredients For Red Chili Chutney:

  • Whole red chili  1/2 cup
  • Garlic  2 to 3 cloves
  • Tamarind pulp  1/4 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Water  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and blend them all red chili chutney is ready.
