Ingredients for Masala Fried Chicken:

• Chicken 8 pieces
• Vinegar 4 tbsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• All spice powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
• Yogurt 1 tbsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Salad leaves as required
• French fires for serving
• Bread roll for serving

For Coating:

• Self raising flour  2 cup
• Egg 1
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 1 tsp

For Dip:

• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Garlic 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/4 tsp
• Yogurt 2 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Chicken Stuffed Bun:

• Flour 2-1/2 cup
• Yeast 1/2 cup
• Lukewarm milk 1/2 cup
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Egg 1
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Egg white 1
• White sesame seeds for sprinkle
• Lukewarm water 2 tbsp

For Filling:

• Boiled chicken 1 cup
• Onion 1
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Coriander as required
• Green chilli to taste
• Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
• White cumin 1/2 tsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Floating Ice Land:

• Egg white 6-8
• Icing sugar 1/2 cup
• Brown sugar 3/4 cup
• Milk 750 ml
• Vanilla custard 2 tbsp
• Cream 2-3 tbsp
• Pistachio for garnish
