Ingredients For Sabut Masala Chicken:
Chicken fillet 4
Chopped onion 3
Lemons 3
Green chilies 4
Chopped garlic 6
Black pepper 8
Curry leaves few
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds few
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Chopped ginger 1 small piece
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add white cumin, whole coriander mix it and crush it.
Now add chicken fillet, yogurt, salt, let it cook, so that water dries.
During this, pour oil, add chopped onions make them golden brown and take it out.
Then add chopped ginger, garlic, chopped cloves, red chilies, few drops of curry leaves, turmeric, mustard seeds, white cumin, put sesame seeds.
Now add boiled chicken fillets roast it well.
Then add lemon juice, long green chilies simmer it well.
In the end put fried onions, chopped coriander for garnishing then serve it hot.
Ingredients For Coconut Rice:
Rice 2 to 2-1/2 cups
Boiled gram lentil 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Chopped coconut 1
Lemons 2
Chopped onion 3
Whole red chilies 6
Fresh chilies 8
Curry leaves few
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add salt in rice boil them till 2/4th.
When it is boiled then change its water simmer it for 5 minutes.
Boil the peas in a pan, keep it in a mind that lentil should remain spread.
Now pour oil in a pan, add whole red chilies, whole mustard few drops of curry leaves, make them brown.
After that add lentil, rice roast it lightly.
Then add grated coconut, chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper, butter and simmer it.
Add chopped onions make it brown separately.
In the end take out the rice in a dish and put fried onions tasty coconut rice is ready to serve.
Ingredients For Dum Kabab:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Green cardamom 4
Lemons 4
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1/2 cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Bihari kabab masala 1bsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add small cardamom, raisins, chopped white cumin chop it well.
Now add mince, yogurt, chopped papaya, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, bihari kabab masala, salt, white cumin, poppy seeds, small cardamom, flour, lemon juice, chopped mint, chopped green coriander, chopped garam masala, mix it well leave it for a while.
Now pour oil in a pan, make small kababs shallow fry it.
When the kababs are fried from both sides then simmer it,
After 5 to 10 minutes mazay dar dum kababs are ready to eat.
