Ingredients For Chicken Tenpanyaki:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 3 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed  1 tsp
  • Kikoman  2 tbsp
  • Water  1/4 cup
  • Beans sprouts  1 cup
  • Capsicum  1
  • Carrot  1
  • Onion  1
  • Cabbage  1 cup

Ingredients For Garlic Rice:

  • Rice boiled  3 cups
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Garlic  3 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Kikoman  3 tbsp

Ingredients For Chicken Yakitori:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg cubes
  • Spring onion bulb  250 gm
  • Wooden skewers  as required
  • Salt  1/2 tsp each
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Teriyaki sauce as required

Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki:

  • Boneless chicken breast 4

For Teriyaki Sauce:

  • Chicken bones 1
  • Garlic 15 cloves
  • Ginger 4-6
  • Water 6 cups
  • Kikoman soya sauce 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
