Ingredients For Chicken Walnut:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Water 1/2 cup
Carrot half
Onion 1
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Walnut 50 gm
Bay leaf 1
Chili powder 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1-1 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Method:
First add chicken boneless slices.
Now pour oil in a pan, add garlic paste, fry the chicken remove its rawness.
Then add chopped onion, carrot, curry leaves, walnuts, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, salt roast it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add wooster sauce, tomato ketchup make it thick.
In the end add chopped walnuts, chopped green coriander mix it then serve.
Ingredients For Beef Patty Burger:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Hotdog bun 4
Onion 1
Green chilies 4-5
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Parsley 1/2 bunch
Egg 1
Cheese slices 4
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Iceberg a small
Method:
First put the beef in a chopper.
Along onion, green chilies, chopped lemon juice, parsley mix it well.
Now add egg, bread crumbs, white sesame seeds, black pepper, salt, chopped cinnamon, chop it well.
Keep it in mind that the mince should be chopped well.
Then take it out in a bowl.
Make big portions of it, shallow fry it in hot oil for making it golden.
When the become ready then keep them on a side.
Now pour mayonnaise heat it on pan.
Now put the burger strips on it.
Put cheese slice, mayonnaise then put another piece of bun then serve.
Ingredients For Crispy Fried Fish:
Fish Fillet 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Rice flour 125 gm
Egg 1
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
