Ingredients For Salty Indian Rice:
Rice 1/2 kg
Onion 2
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 piece
Cardamom 6
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Peanuts 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 50 grams
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First pour oil in pan, add onions make them golden brown. Now add cinnamon, cardamom, salt, cumin, turmeric pour water boil it well.
When it is boiled then add rice.
When the water boils then simmer it well.
Now add butter, onion, peanuts, cumin seeds and take out the rice in dish, give tarka.
Ingredients For Spicy Tomato Baked Eggs:
Eggs 4
Tomato 1/2 kg
Onion 4
Chopped red chili 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Green chili 4
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Brown sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add onions make them golden brown.
Now add tomatoes, chopped red chilies, chopped garlic, green chilies, chopped black pepper, chopped garam masala, brown sugar, salt, roast the masala.
Then take it out in a dish, put eggs.
After that sprinkle green coriander bake it for 10 minutes.
Ingredients For Cashew Nut Masala Chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Chopped cashew nut 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Tomatoes 250 grams
Onion slice 1
All spice 1 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 5-6
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
First add chicken for marination add carrot, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, onion slices, garam masala, red chilies, milk and salt.
Now pour oil add curry leaves.
Then add chicken for tendering.
In then end add lemon juice.
