Ingredients For Sweet Potato Kheer:

  • Fresh milk  1 liter
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Sugar  2 cup
  • Boiled sweet potato  4
  • Small cardamom  4
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Vanilla custard  3 tbsp
  • Almond pistachio  as required

Ingredients For Hyderabadi Ginger chicken:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion  2
  • Green chili  6
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Tamarind juice  1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Chicken Paneer Reshmi:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Tomato puree  1 tbsp
  • Grinded green chilies  6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Salt  as required
  • Grated cheddar cheese  1 packet
  • Ginger garlic  1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream  1 packet
  • Oil 1/2 cup
