Ingredients For Pindi Biryani:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Potato  1/2 kg
  • Whole all spice  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  250 grams
  • Green coriander  as required
  • Mint leaves  as required
  • Green chili  as required
  • Plum  50 grams
  • Coriander powder  2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Onion  250 grams
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color  as required

Method:

  1. First pour oil add onions make them golden brown.
  2. Now add chicken, potatoes fry them.
  3. After that add whole garam masala, plum, chopped coriander, turmeric, salt.
  4. Now add yogurt cover and let it cook.
  5. When the chicken tenders then add green coriander, mint, green chilies.
  6. Along boiled rice, pinch of yellow color.
  7. After that simmer it for 20 minutes mix it then serve.

Ingredients For Bake Bread Balls:

  • Bread slice  6
  • Boiled potato  1
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Chopped carrot  1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chili 2
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Egg  2
  • Butter  50 grams

Method:

  1. First put boiled potatoes, sweet corn, carrot, green chilies, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, chili garlic sauce, oregano mix it well.
  2. Now make small balls, roll the bread and press it, then put potato balls on it and water it with hand, press it and make the ball.
  3. Then grease the tray, now dip the balls into egg, place them in greased tray.
  4. In the end pour some butter and place it in oven for baking it on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Seviyan Ki Kheer:

  • Vermicelli  1 packet
  • Milk  1 liter
  • Boiled rice  1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts 1 cup
  • Silver leaf  4
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Screw pine  1/2 tsp
  • Water  1 glass

Method:

  1. Heat the vermicelli along butter and roast it.
  2. Now add water, cover and let it cook on low temperature.
  3. When it tenders then pour milk.
  4. After that add grinded boiled rice.
  5. When it becomes thick then add sugar for cooking.
  6. After that add kewra, almonds, pistachio for serving.
