Ingredients For Chicken Mince Pakoray:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Bicarbonate soda 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Chat masala as required
Salad leaves 3 to 4
Method:
First put the chicken mince, flour, garlic paste, soda, chopped red chili, turmeric, chopped garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped green coriander, green chilies, salt mix it well to make it batter.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the batter like pakora then take it out in a dish.
Now sprinkle chaat masala on it.
Then garnish it with 3 -4 salad leaves serve it with garlic sauce then serve.
Ingredients For Chicken Samosa:
For Samosa strips:
White flour 1/2 kg
Clarified butter 3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Filling:
Boneless chicken 200 gm
Chopped onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Aji spice powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 to3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For Making Strips:
Take a flour in a mixing bowl. add ghee, salt, water kneed it well then leave it.
Now knead it well.
For Making Filling:
Pour oil in a pan, heat the oil add chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste for frying then add chopped onions, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, salt roast it well.
Then take it out in a mixing bowl make it cool.
Now make filling between samosa strips.
Then close its sides with beaten egg, then deep fry the samosa in hot oil, in the end serve it with salad leaves or with chutney.
Ingredients For Gul Gulay:
White/ wheat flour 300 gm
Eggs 2
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Almonds, coconut 1/2 cup
Bicarbonate powder 1 tsp
Clarified butter as required
Method:
Put flour in a mixing bowl.
Then add eggs, yogurt, sugar, white sesame seed, almonds, coconut, pistachio, mint soda mix it well.
Now pour oil add pakora and make the batter.
After that pour oil in a pan heat it.
Pour oil on it, then take out the batter with the help of spoon, then deep fry them.
Now put tissue paper and let it be on simmer.
Then take out the gul gullay in a serving dish, sprinkle icing sugar on it then serve.
