Ingredients For Cheese Cake Bars:
Flour 2 cups
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 1 cup
For Filling:
Cheese cream 8 ounce
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Chocolate chips 1 cup
Chopped almonds 1/2 cup
Almonds essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
First put flour, sugar, butter mix it with hand, grease the tray, put the mixture press it with the help of hand.
Now bake it on 180 degree C for making it golden brown, take it out from oven.
For filling add cheese cream, brown sugar, egg, chocolate chip, almond essence, chopped almonds.
Then put it on baked crust.
Now bake it on 180 degree C for 20 minutes take it out and put it in fridge.
In the end cut it into pieces.
Ingredients For Hot Chicken Rice:
Rice 250 grams
Cabbage 1 cup
Spring onion 250 grams
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Green chili
Food color
Chili sauce
For Spice:
Boneless chicken 300 grams
Whipped egg half
Stock 1 cup
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Chopped red chili 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First keep the rice in water for 30 minutes.
Pour oil in pan, add rice, cabbage, green onion, roast it for 2 minutes.
Then add salt, chopped garam masala, water cover and let it cook till the rice tenders.
Now add few drops of food color, green chilies simmer it for 10 minutes.
Serve it with chili sauce then serve.
Add chicken boneless, corn flour, chopped black pepper, salt, chopped red chili, beated egg, mix it well.
Now pour oil for frying.
When the chicken pieces becomes golden then add stock.
Along chopped red chilies, salt, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, make it thick.
In the end turn off the stove and serve it with rice.
Ingredients For Macaroni & Cheese:
Boiled macaroni 2 cups
Onion 1
Carrot 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For Making sauce:
Milk 2 cups
Butter 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Chopped red chili 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Pickle chilies 4
Spring onion 2
Method:
Pour oil in pan, add onions make them soft.
Now add carrot, capsicum, boiled macaroni, black pepper, salt and soya sauce mix it well and turn off the stove.
For making sauce, add butter, and roast it with flour.
Now pour milk, black pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese.
When it becomes thick then turn off the stove.
Put macaroni in a dish and put corns on it.
Then put sauce on its top, then add chopped red chilies, oregano, bake it on 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
In the end add green onion, big chilies of vinegar then serve.
