Ingredients For Bhori Custard:

  • Milk Powder 1 cup
  • Eggs  5
  • Condensed milk  1 cup
  • Flaked almonds  4 tbsp
  • Green cardamom grinded 1 tsp
  • Saffron essence  1/2 tsp

Ingredients For Lagan Boti:

  • Beef undercut boti  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram  1 tbsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Oil  1/4 cup

Ingredients For Anokhi Biryani:

  • Chicken  1 kg 16 pieces
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Chili powder  1-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Brown onion  1/2 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes  3
  • Potatoes  2
  • Sweet corn  1 cup
  • Boiled peas  1 cup
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chopped coriander  2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  2 tbsp
  • Yellow leaves 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra water  1 tsp
  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Salt  2 tbsp
  • Whole spices  1 tbsp

  • bohri custard turned out so delicious. Only 1 change to the recipe, instead of 2 cups water, I used 1 cup water, 1 cup milk.

  • tried the biryani last friday. I used boneless chicken 600 gms. The vegs that I used were potatoes, sweetcorn. It turned out pretty good and very tasty. Its a complete food with rice, chicken, veggies, plz try it.
