Ingredients For Aloo Matar Korma:
Potato 4
Peas 1 cup
Degi red chili 3
Vinegar few drops
Knorr beef Zaiqa 1 sachet
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Chopped onion 3
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Small cardamom 4
White cumin 1 tsp
Green chilies 4
Oil 1 cup
Method:
First boil the red chilies with few drops of vinegar.
Wash the potatoes, boil them, peel its skin and deep fry.
When it turns to golden color then break it into 2 pieces.
Then pour oil, peas and roast it well.
Then add onions, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, in a blender, put potato and peas.
Then add red chilies, whole coriander blend it in a blender.
When the yogurt dries then add red chilies, chopped garam masala, knorr cubes for roasting simmer it.
When oil starts to comes up then add small coriander, whole cumin chop it and simmer it.
Ingredients For Tamatar Murgh Kofta:
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Chick peas 1 tbsp
All spice powder as required
White cumin 1 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Salt to taste
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Green coriander 1 bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Method:
First add chicken mince, break the bread slice.
Now add peas, white cumin, raisin chop it and mince.
Then add mince in a chopper. now add salt, make small small koftas.
Now pour oil in pan, shallow fry it and take it out.
After that put tomatoes, onions, oil and turmeric, red chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt cook it without water.
When the water comes to dry then roast it.
In the end add green chilies, chopped green coriander then simmer it well.
Ingredients For Reshmi Biryani:
Chicken 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies 8
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemons 2
Fresh cream 2 packets
Chopped onion 3
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Rice 2-2 1/2 cup
Oil 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Fresh milk 1 cup
Yellow food color 1 pinch
Method:
Put chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, salt, mint, green chilies, yogurt for boiling.
When the water dries, then add chopped black pepper, lemon juice.
Now pour oil add chopped onions make them golden brown and spread them.
Then pour hot oil in pan.
Now boil the rice.
Along salt, chopped mint, green chilies, boil it 2/4th.
Then change its water.
Now put the fresh cream.
Then make the half layer of rice, spread the chicken.
Add half onion pieces.
Then make layer of rice on its top.
First pour fresh milk, pinch of yellow color mix it and simmer it.
When the steam comes up then add yogurt raita serve it hot.
