Ingredients For Chicken Nuggets:

  • Chicken mince  500 grams
  • Bread slices  4-5
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Small sized onion 1
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Egg  1
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Water  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  1

Method:

  1. First add chicken mince, garlic, chopped black pepper, salt, green chili, onion put it in a food processor until all the ingredients become mix.
  2. Now give it shape of nuggets and dust it in flour.
  3. Then dip it in mixture of egg and water.
  4. After that put bread crumbs on roll and deep fry it.
  5. In the end add tomato ketchup then serve.

Ingredients For Tomato Ketchup:

  • Tomatoes 2
  • Apples, potatoes, onion  300 gm
  • Bay leaf  1
  • Clove  1/2 tsp
  • Star anise  1/2 tsp
  • Mace  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder  1 piece
  • Celery seed  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Vinegar  1 cup
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  4 tsp

Method:

  1. Put tomatoes, apple, onion, water cook it on low temperature so that all vegetables becomes soft.
  2. Then grind it and filter it put it again in pan.
  3. Now add all whole masala, make a bag and tie it put it in a ketchup cook it on low temperature.
  4. Stir it along.
  5. Now add sugar, vinegar, chopped red chilies.
  6. Then add salt, cook it for a while then remove it from stove.
