Ingredients For 5 Flavored Pound Cake:

  • Butter  200 grams
  • Flour  2 cups
  • Sugar 1 and half cup
  • Egg  4
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Orange zest 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest  1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Almonds essence 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut essence  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. First add butter, sugar beat it well.
  2. Now add egg, beat it with light hand.
  3. Then add almonds essence, coconut essence then fold it.
  4. Now add flour for folding. After that bake it in oven on 180 degree C for half an hour.


Ingredients For Punjabi Roasted Murghi:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1/2 cup
  • Mustard oil  1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Papaya paste  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Onion  1
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour sesame seed oil chopped red chili, lemon juice, chopped garam masala, chopped black pepper, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, chopped onion, salt and cumin mix it well.
  2. Now paste it on whole chicken then leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. After that, bake in oven on 180 degree C for 40 minutes or cook on low flame.

Ingredients For Indonesian Pineapple Rice:

  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Pineapple  1 cup
  • Green peas  1 cup
  • Potato  2
  • Onion  1
  • Brown sugar  1 tsp
  • Fresh grated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts  1 cup
  • Sesame seed oil  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan add onions, saute them.
  2. Now add potatoes, peas.
  3. Now add water, black pepper, salt and cover it for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. When potato is tendered then add brown sugar, pineapple, sesame seed oil, coconut milk, boiled rice and mix it well.
  5. After that keep on simmer for 10 minutes and garnish with carrot and grated coconut and serve.
