Ingredients For Orange Chicken:

Ingredients For Chicken Marination:

  • Chicken boneless cube  200 gm
  • Corn flour  100 gm
  • Salt and pepper  to taste

Ingredients For Orange Sauce:

  • Orange zest  5 gm
  • Orange juice  100 ml
  • Sugar  10 gm
  • Ginger chopped  5 gm
  • Ketchup  20 gm
  • Oyster sauce  10 gm
  • Crush red chili  2 gm
  • Corn flour  10 gm
  • Oil 10 ml

Ingredients For Garnish:

  • Orange segment  50 gm
  • Spring onion  10 gm
  • Oil  for frying

Method

  1. For Marination: Coat the chicken cube with flour and fry it.
  2. Leave it for cool.
  3. For Orange Sauce: Heat the pan, add oil, ginger and saute it.
  4. Add rest of ingredient and cook it for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add corn flour.
  6. Leave it for cool.
  7. For Serving: Heat the oil in saute pan on high heat, add fried chicken cube, orange sauce and toss it very well.
  8. Garnish with orange segment and spring onion.

Ingredients For Bangkok Spring Rolls:

  • Chicken  50 gm
  • Carrot  50 gm
  • Cabbage  50 gm
  • Raw papaya 50 gm
  • Onion chopped  10 gm
  • Garlic chopped  5 gm
  • Soya sauce  10 ml
  • Oyster sauce  5 gm
  • Fish sauce  10 ml
  • Salt  3 gm
  • Black pepper  2 gm
  • Red chili flake 3 gm
  • Oil  for frying

Ingredients For Wrapper:

  • Flour  200 gm
  • Water 100 ml
  • Salt 5 gm

Method:

  1. For Filling: Heat the pan, add oil, onion, garlic, chicken saute it for while.
  2. Then add, all vegetable then toss it.
  3. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper, red chili flakes again toss it.
  4. Leave it for cool.
  5. For Wrapper: Mix all ingredients Flour, water and salt.
  6. Heat the pan and make thin wrap.
  7. For Spring Roll: Take a wrap and fill with mixture and make a roll.
  8. Then fry it.

Ingredients For Honey Glazed Banana Fritters:

  • Bananas  6
  • Honey 100 gm
  • Eggs  2
  • Lemon juice  50 gm
  • Cinnamon powder 2 gm
  • Sesame seed  50 gm
  • Corn flour  100 gm
  • Water  as required

Method:

  1. Cut the banana into lengths (about 3 pieces per banana).
  2. Combine the egg and the water, and then stir into the flour to make a better.
  3. Heat the oil for deep -frying.
  4. Carefully add a few slices of battered banana into the hot oil.
  5. Deep fry, until they are golden brown and the batter is crispy (about 3 minutes).
  6. Glazing the bananas: Heat the pan on low medium heat, then add honey, stirring constantly (about a minutes).
  7. Add fried bananas toss it, add pinch of cinnamon powder and sprinkle roasted sesame seed.
