Ingredients For Gobi Kulcha:

  • Flour  1/2 kg
  • Dry milk  1 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Water  as required

Filling Ingredients:

  • Chopped cauliflower 1/2 kg
  • Green chili  4
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Butter  50 gram
  • Water  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin  2 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds  2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Cheese & Egg Pulao:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Cottage cheese 200 grams
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Potatoes  4
  • Green chilies  6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Ginger garlic  2 tsp
  • Raisins 100 grams
  • Onion 1
  • Stock cubes 2
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • Curd  1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 1
  • Honey  1 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Parsley  1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp

Ingredients for Red Chicken Curry:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/4 kg
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Green chillies 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
