Ingredients For Irani Rice:

For Five Spice:

  • Black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom  2-3
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Basmati rice  1-1/2 cup
  • Medium sized onion 1
  • Almonds   8-10
  • Pistachio  14-16
  • Iranian raisin  1/4 cup
  • Dill  1/4 cup
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Salt  2 tsp
  • Yellow food color  1 pinch

Ingredients For Vegetable Tandoori Kabab:

Five Spice Ingredients:

  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Tara chili powder  1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala  2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Cottage cheese  200 gm
  • Capsicum  2
  • Medium sized onion 2
  • Medium tomatoes  2
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp

Ingredients For Irani Koobideh:

Five Spice powder:

  • Turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • Simak  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced  500 gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Egg  1
