Ingredients For Light Spice Chicken Curry:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Chopped onion 1 cup
Green chili 10
Tomato 6
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Red chili 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Cardamom 2
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add cardamom, cumin. When smell starts to come then add onion.
After than add tomato, ginger garlic, green chilies, turmeric, salt, red chilies, water and pour oil.
When it is roasted then add chicken and roast it.
After that pour water and cook it for half an hour.
When the chicken tenders then turn off the stove and add green coriander.
Ingredients For Potato Curry With Garam Masala:
Potato 750 gm
Onion 250 gm
Yogurt 250 gm
Red chili 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Hing 1 pinch
Curry leaves 6
Tomato 2
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Put small pieces of potato, pour water, salt, turmeric cook it well.
When it is tendered then turn off the stove.
Pour oil in another pan, heat the oil add onions make them soft.
Then add red chilies, chopped green coriander, hing, curry leaves, tomatoes, fenugreek seeds then roast it.
Now add potato, yogurt and simmer it for 10 minutes.
Ingredients For Yogurt Cake Rusk:
Yogurt 250 grams
Cream 1 packet
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 glass
Strawberry 250 grams
Cake rusk 250 gm
Chopped coconut 4 tbsp
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add sugar.
When add sugar, turn off the stove add cream, vanilla essence beat it well.
Then put cake rusk and pour milk on it.
Now add yogurt mixture.
In the end add strawberry, chopped coconut and cook it.
