Ingredients For Aloo Gobhi Gosht:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Cauliflower 1
Potatoes 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 2
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Green coriander 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Method:
First add mutton, chopped onions, turmeric, chopped red chilies, chopped ginger garlic paste, salt, hot water, pour oil let it cook.
Boil potatoes, peel it, make it golden brown.
When the mutton tenders then add cauliflower, potato, chopped green chilies, roast it well.
Then add green coriander, chopped ginger simmer it well.
After 10 minutes delicious aloo gosht is ready.
Ingredients For Fruit & Jelly Pie:
Biscuits 1 packet
Butter 1 packet
Sugar 2 1/2 tbsp
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
Strawberry jelly 2 packets
Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
Fresh cream 1 packet
Method:
First crush the marie biscuits.
Now put butter, melt it add biscuits crust, along sugar, make the base of biscuit and freeze it.
Then pour water, add strawberry jelly.
When it starts to freeze then add fruit tin and jelly.
Ingredients For Eggplant In Tomato Sauce:
Eggplant 1/2 kg
Tomato sauce 1 cup
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First put brinjal slices wash it, deep fry it and make it golden brown.
After that spread it.
Now pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste roast it well.
Now tomato sauce, salt, jaggery, chopped red chilies, chopped and roasted white cumin for cooking.
After that add brinjal, chopped green chilies, simmer it for 5 minutes.
