Ingredients For Spicy Vegetable pizza
For Dough:
White flour 300 gm
Yeast 1 sachet
Sugar 1 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Topping:
Boiled spinach 300 gm
Onion 2
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Pickle cucumber 1/2 cup
Pickle 1/2 cup
Grated mozzarella 300 gm
Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
Sliced olives 1/2 cup
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Chili paste 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Method:
For Making Dough:
Make the water warm and add yeast, sugar mix it well leave it for 15 minutes.
Now add flour, salt, baking powder, yeast, knead it well and leave it for 3 to 4 hours on a hot place.
Then take it out and fold it with hand.
Dough is ready.
For Topping:
Put butter in a pan, add garlic, onions for frying.
Then add boiled spaghetti, onions, carrot, capsicum, stir fry it well.
Now add chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper and chopped chili paste mix it well and remove it from stove.
Then grease the baking tray with grease.
Knead the pizza dough and press on it.
Now put pizza sauce on its top.
Put the topping of vegetables, olives slices, mushroom slices, achari cucumber, achari chilies and grated mozzarella cheese then set it.
After that sprinkle oregano on it.
Now put the pizza in a preheated oven bake it on 200 degree C for 15 to 18 minutes.
In the end take it out cut it into slices and then serve.
Ingredients For Fish Sandwich:
Boneless fish 1/2 kg
Bread slices 8 to 10
Egg 4
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Tomato 2 to 3
Cucumber 2 to 3
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
First cut the fish into pieces.
Now put the fish, salt, chopped black pepper, garlic paste in a bowl.
Now dip it into egg, bread crumbs fry it well take it out and keep it on a side.
Put remaining eggs, salt, beat it well make thin omelet.
Now add cucumber, tomatoes slices.
For Making Sauce:
Add salt, mayonnaise, black pepper, mustard paste in a mixing bowl.
Sauce is ready.
For Making Sandwich:
Grill the sandwiches, put a slice, pour sauce.
Then omelet slice, tomatoes, bread piece.
Then take a bread piece and paste sauce on it.
Put fish piece, cucumber and place on it.
Sandwich of three layer is ready. Cut it into 4 pieces.
Put BBQ sticks on it.
Place it on a serving plate then serve.
Ingredients For Mayo Garlic Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Boiled garlic 8 to 10 cloves
White pepper 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
First add mayonnaise, boiled garlic, cream, chicken stock, chopped white chili, lemon juice, chinese salt blend it well, until the mixture is mixed well.
Mayo garlic sauce is ready.
