Ingredients For Chicken Cream Puff:
Puff Pastry dough 300 gm
Chicken mince 1250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White flour 2 tbsp
Stock 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste then roast it.
Now add chopped black pepper, salt.
Then add flour and roast it.
Then add stock, let it cook.
After that pour oil roast it and cook it till the sauce becomes thick.
Remove it form stove and cool it.
Now roll out the puff pastry then cut it with the help of mold.
Then add chicken mixture.
Paste eggs on its sides.
After that puff is ready.
Then put it into preheated oven for baking it on 200 degree C.
Take it out and garnish with salad leaves then serve.
Ingredients For Curry Puff:
For Puff:
White flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 1 sachet
Egg 2
Baking powder 2 tsp
Curry powder 2 tsp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Filling:
Boiled potato 3 to 4
Chopped onion 1
Chopped garlic 3 to 4 cloves
Curry powder 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For Making Puff:
Pour warm water in a bowl, add yeast, leave it for half an hour in a bowl.
Put flour, baking powder, curry powder, bread crumbs, salt and oil in another pan mix it well.
Then add yeast, mix it and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
Now take it out and make portions.
Keeping it in mind do not knead it.
For Making Curry:
Boil the potatoes, cut them into slices, then pour oil in a pan, add onions, garlic cloves, saute it well.
Now add curry powder, salt add potatoes and take it out in a mixing bowl curry is ready.
Now roll out the puff like a roti and fill curry, and fold it like a portions, sprinkle bread crumbs on it.
Then place it in preheated oven on 40 Degree C for 10 minutes.
Now beat the eggs, then bake it on 100 degree C for 5 minutes.
Then paste oil or egg on 100 degree C for 5 minutes.
Take it out in a serving dish then serve.
Curry puff pastry is ready.
Ingredients For Vegetable puff loaf:
Puff pastry dough 300 gm
Mix vegetable 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilies 4 to 5
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste fry the onions.
Now add mix vegetables and stir fry it.
Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, chopped cumin, chopped garam masala, chopped green chilies, lemon juice, salt mix it well.
Remove it form stove and cool it.
Now knead out the dough of puff pastry and fill.
Make roll, place it in oven for baking it in 200 degree C.
Take it out and then serve.
