Ingredients For Date With Custard:

  • Date  2 cups
  • Crushed biscuits 2 cups
  • Butter 50 gm

For Filling:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Custard  4 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Egg  2
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
  • Fried almonds  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add dates, biscuits crust, butter in a chopper.
  2. Now put it in a dish press it and set and place it in fridge.Now add sugar. Boil the custard with water.
  3. Then add eggs, vanilla essence for beating.
  4. After that add gelatin powder in water turn off the stove.
  5. In the end add cream cheese, take it out in a dish, add almonds for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Bhaji Pulao:

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Cabbage  1 cup
  • Spring onion 6
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Carrot  2

Method:

  1. Pour oil add onions make them golden brown.
  2. Now add garlic, tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, red chilies, green onion, cabbage, green chilies, carrot, salt and cover it for 25 minutes.
  3. Then add boiled rice, boiled eggs pieces.
  4. After that simmer it for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Sweet Corn Qeema With Capsicum:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum  250 gm
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili  1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato  250 gm
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add chicken mince, pour water and turn on the stove.
  2. Now add red chilies, salt, cumin, turmeric and chopped coriander for cooking.
  3. When water dries then turn off the stove.
  4. Pour oil in another pan and onions make them golden brown.
  5. Now add tomato, capsicum, sweet corn and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add mince, green coriander and simmer it for 10 minutes.
